As luck would have it a few months ago I bought some Bulgarians in fur hats, as it turns out they look remarkably similar to the Ukrainian Blue Regiment depicted here. So I'll be painting up a unit for Russian Civil War battles.

I do have a suggestion as to how to model these Robin, take a Russian in overcoat and swap heads with a Napoleonic British Hussar...be pretty close....)

But too many other things to do..... still waiting to get onto the 20mm British VSF boys.. ahh, that red and white,,,, the sound of leather on willow, and then there's the cricket...oops!!

Well there is that! Although there are a few other units (on both sides)
that were pretty colorful.
